So we can see as many clients as possible, we schedule back to back appointments. Please plan your route and travel time accordingly! We ask that you drive yourself to ensure there is no lag time waiting for your ride to pick you up. We do NOT have a waiting room.
Unfortunately, clients are not allowed to bring guests or children due to the length of the appointment, size of rooms, and of course, COVID.
Please know that because we work in such close proximity, we take extra precautions to keep our clients safe. A face mask must be worn. If you've recently been sick or were around someone who was/is, kindly wear a mask. If you are currently sick, please reschedule your appointment.
Upon booking your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation as well as 24 hours reminder email that will have all the details you need to prepare for your appointment. Please read these emails carefully as they have a lot of information to help ensure the best experience possible.
You must have 45% of your lashes for it to be considered a fill after your initial set. All appointments past 3 weeks will be considered a new set and charged accordingly. Pre-book your fills to ensure you are seen between the 2-3 week mark.
If you have lash extensions from another artist and know your mapping and lash curl, foreign fills are offered at the discretion of your artist. There is a $20 additional fee for all foreign fills. If previous work is not up to our quality standards, we will gladly remove your current extensions and give you an amazing new set. Please be prepared as we can't guarantee a foreign fill until we see your lashes. That being said, if time doesn't allow, a reschedule for a new set may be required.
A non-refundable, non-transferable security deposit is required to schedule an appointment. This deposit is to secure your specific date and time on our calendar. A valid credit card is required to be on file for both new and established clients.
Tardiness
Please arrive on time. If you're running late, let your artist know. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled unless we have discussed otherwise. The cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations
All cancellations require AT LEAST a 48 hour notice. If a 48 hour notice is not received, the following cancellation fees apply:
$65 cancellation fee for new lash sets.
$45 fee for lash fills.
$30 fee for esthetic services (facials, waxing, lash lifts, etc.)
$100 fee for all permanent makeup (lip blush and brow tattoos)
The cancellation fee must be paid immediately.
No Call - No Show
Any appointment missed without notice will be charged the full amount of service.
